EU-Funded projects at the Ștefan cel Mare University from Suceava: Version 2.0

In June 2026, we released an updated version (V2.0) of the dataset initially published in July 2025, which provides an overview of the EU-funded research projects involving Ștefan cel Mare University from Suceava (USV) for the 2021–2027 programming period. This new version includes minor updates, mainly the addition of a few newly funded projects, further illustrating the University’s expanding role in international research and innovation. Overall, the dataset now includes 40 EU-funded projects (compared to 34 in the previous version), spanning a wide range of programmes and research domains.

The Ștefan cel Mare University of Suceava (USV) continues to reinforce its international profile by actively engaging in major European initiatives. The NEOLAiA alliance remains a key platform for sustained collaboration among nine universities, supporting continuous institutional development and regional impact. At the same time, the IDEATE project—coordinated by USV—brings together international partners to further advance teacher education in line with the Erasmus+ Teacher Academies framework.

From a partnership perspective, this continued involvement is strengthened by recently signed Erasmus+ projects which broaden international mobility opportunities for students and staff and enhance academic exchange and professional development, while also demonstrating USV’s ongoing commitment to interdisciplinary education, skills development, and sustainable innovation within European and global networks.

This updated version will serve as the basis for future monitoring activities and may be further expanded as new projects are launched throughout the 2021–2027 programme period.
