The dataset provides an overview of the degree programmes offered at Örebro University for the 2024-2025 academic year.
The University gathers some 17 000 students (excluding summer courses) and offers many different opportunities for international students looking to study in Sweden. Our three faculties and eight schools offer some 80 degree programmes, from undergraduate to PhD study. All education at the undergraduate and graduate levels is conducted in the form of courses. Courses may be combined into educational programs. While most students are enrolled in degree programmes, a substantial number (6000 students) combine single courses for their degree.
Approximately 65% of students enrolled in degree programmes are female. While most enrolled students (88%) are between 21 and 40 years old, we also have around 6% of students over the age of 40.
Most of the data in the dataset comes from Ladok, the Swedish study documentation system. The data in Ladok are used as a basis for national statistics.
