The Ștefan cel Mare University from Suceava (USV) is actively involved in several EU-funded projects, promoting both international and local collaboration through long-standing European initiatives. One notable example is the NEOLAiA project, which brings together nine European universities in a joint effort to enhance institutional development and regional impact. The project spans multiple disciplines and activities, with USV hosting and participating in various in-person events aligned with NEOLAiA’s specific work packages and objectives.
Alongside its involvement in the NEOLAiA alliance, USV is also leading the IDEATE project, a European initiative that brings together nine partners to advance teacher education and one technical partner through international collaboration. Aligned with the goals of the Erasmus+ Teacher Academies, IDEATE focuses on joint curriculum development, policy engagement, and promoting a European and global perspective in teacher training.
USV’s strongest international engagement is through its extensive network of Erasmus+ projects, which support a wide range of mobility programs across different funding periods and academic years. These initiatives enable students and staff to gain valuable international experience through physical and blended mobility, fostering academic growth and intercultural exchange.
