EU funded projects at Örebro University

Örebro University is currently part of 24 EU funded projects, (based on data retrieved from the Funding & Tenders portal), in the role as beneficiary, coordinator & associated partner. These projects include the Erasmus funded NEOLAiA project within the European Universities Initiative. This flagship cooperation project connects the nine universities of the Alliance within ten ambitious workpackages.

The HORIZON funding contributes substantially to advancement of research at Örebro University. Currently, 17 funded projects support research on a range of issues, covering diverse topics such as ”Radar Classification of Obstacles in Nature” to “Teaching robots to exchange knowledge with other robots”. 

Two current projects are funded within the Justice Programme, including a project to enhance video recorded interviews and virtual hearings in Europe. 

Furthermore, one project is funded within the Digital Europe Programme, focusing on development and deployment of a European AI-on-demand platform.
